Nutrition Close-Up Nutrition Close-Up, first published in 1984, is a quarterly newsletter which reviews and critiques the latest research on diet and health issues. Each issue reviews between eight and ten recently published research articles and includes an editorial on today’s nutrition issues. Nutrition Close-Up is written primarily for health care professionals and researchers in the nutritional sciences area.  You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF files starting with Volume 19, Number 1.
