ENC Food Safety Program
The Egg Nutrition Center Food Safety Program provides scientifically accurate information on food safety issues related to eggs. We work with egg producers to provide them with the most up to date information available, regulatory officials to share information to improve the safety of eggs, public health officials to monitor foodborne illnesses, and we provide educational information to health care professionals to share with their patients.
