Scientific Advisory Panel

The ENC regularly convenes a Scientific Advisory Panel of independent scientists with expertise in human nutrition, food safety, epidemiology, and cardiology to evaluate research grant applications and to advise ENC and AEB on current issues related to eggs and health.
